Her Ritual was an invitation to encounter your feminine essence and embrace it to the fullest.

This retreat was held under the first *Full Moon* of the spring, surrounded by the majestic red rock landscapes in the midst of energy Vortexes.
A carefully curated program of practices, rituals and talks that inspired us to *reawaken to the miracle of living in the woman’s body and relax into the new ways of being*.

*Experiences* from self-care rituals to sharing circles and mindful nature walks in the terracotta palette of the desert. There will be time for peaceful self-reflection, soulful connections, creative self- expression and free movement.

Kristina is a seeker, world traveler, yogi, entrepreneur and an intuitive guide-ess inspiring women to celebrate the preciousness of being exactly who they are. Her work interweaves spirituality, wellbeing and sisterhood.

Growing up alongside her grandmother in the woods of the Altai mountains, she inherited the wisdom of the fundamental principle of Oneness with Mother Earth. Her lifelong affinity with nature provided a doorway into her relationship with spirit, health and the body.

I am beyond grateful that the universe took me to Cabo for New Years so I could meet one of the most beautiful women I've ever met. This retreat changed me in many ways. I finally found love for myself. It made me realize how much power I have and that I’m capable of anything I want. I just need to trust myself, my intuition and my energy. You two are such incredible and motivating women from different perspectives: strength, love, energy, genuine from inside out. I just want to keep this energy that I gained here and keep it with me as much as I can! And feel it through all my love and never lose it again. Thank you!
First, thank you for responding to your inner call to organize this event and coming up with an interesting program and finding the right chef with smiley eyes and warm heart - Ortensia. Thank you for finding this house with a mind-blowing view -- I will miss this pool magic and our morning rituals. I didn’t mind waking up at 5:30am at all. Thank you for changing the atmosphere and vibe of different feminine energies into a more harmonious supporting circle -- I really feel the difference this morning. It was a much needed reset button for most of us. Thank you for our practices that allowed us to share our vulnerabilities and see how similar we are at our deep core
Thank you for showing us the beach yesterday -- the purifying effect of that water was one of the best feelings! Thank you for all the good memories -- conversations, soulful meals, breakfasts with the morning sun, hikes, your life stories, all the insights. Dear Olya and Kristen, I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart. This retreat was transformative for me in many ways. I consider you both my expanders. The amount of details you both put into this is incredible and I felt it every step of the way. This was my first time in Sedona and I am beyond grateful my first experience here was with you all. I will leave here a new version of myself, and I hope when my loved ones ask me about my experience here with all of you, I will be able to put into words all the magic I felt. I came here not knowing anyone and now I feel I’ve gained sisters. Russian women now hold a place in my heart. When I leave, I will take with me the practices and lessons I learned while being here.
